One lucky Lagosian with PVC will win a brand new car in the OLF raffle.
Conditions:
- Resident of Lagos State
- Male and Female
- Age 18+
- Must possess a valid Permanent Voter Card (PVC)
- Contest opens from 12 AM on Thursday, December 6, 2018 and will last till midnight of Wednesday, December 26, 2018.
- Individuals with multiple entries will be disqualified

Political appointees in Lagos State and staff of Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and its agencies are ineligible to participate in the raffle.
